Doha-Mubasher: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) ended Sunday in the red on all-sector decline.
QE index lost 0.08% or 9.79 points to reach 12,040.06 points. QE index Al Rayan Islamic index declined 0.23% to reach 4,571.69 points, whereas QE All Share index fell 0.11% to 3,215.84 points.
The insurance sector topped decliners by 0.67%, followed by the banks and financial services, telecom and transportation sectors at 0.57%, 0.57% and 0.15% respectively.
The industrial sector was the leading gainer by 0.50%, followed by the real estate, and consumer goods and services by 0.33% and 0.20%, respectively.
Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development was the major riser by 4.63%, while Qatar Insurance Company was the major dragger by 1.03%.
Trading volume reached 6.9 million shares, at a turnover of QAR 205.68 million, traded through 3,502 transactions.
Ezdan Holding Group was the most active company with a trading volume reaching 1.39 million shares at a turnover of QAR 23.96 million.
